Our Day of Coordination service is perfect for the bride and groom who need on-site assistance on their wedding day. This includes a month of coordination. - $1650

Vendor Management

  Meet and/or contact vendors

  Schedule and accompany vendors on venue site walk-through (if necessary)

  Confirm all vendor services before the wedding

Wedding Logistics

  Create wedding day timeline and distribute to vendors

  Create vendor contact information


  Rehearse/oversee processional and recessional with officiant and wedding party

  Review wedding party roles

  Distribute wedding day timeline and contanct information of the wedding planner to wedding party

Wedding Day Coordination

  Onsite coordination and supervision of the ceremony (if at the MFA) and the reception

  Lead planner and associate will arrive to reception site 3 hours prior to start of event

  Address any issues that may arise

  Set-up of chairs, aisle runner, programs, unity ceremonies, etc.

  Set-up of guest book, place cards, photos, menus, favors, cake knife, etc.

  Supervision of all vendor deliveries and set-up

  Distribute bridal flowers if not delivered earlier in the day

  Use of our emergency wedding kit

  Coordination and timing of ushers, house party, attendants, bride and groom

  Bustling of the wedding gown

  Delivery of food and beverage during sneak peek of reception space

  Coordination of vendors for announcements, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet, garter, and formal exit

  Distribution of any final payments or gratuities to the vendors

  Supervision of bride and groom exit, passing out favors

  Help load gifts, personal items, and keepsake items into designated vehicles and to assigned persons


  1 planning session and 1 follow up meeting to include site visit and timeline meeting 10 days prior to wedding date

  Meetings can be combined if needed. Calls, texts, and emails always welcome
